3. If you have little boys who love to run around the house, then stop scolding them. Instead, join them. This is also another form of physical activity. When you run around with your little kids, it is as good as jogging already. You not only bond with them, you are also keeping yourself healthy.
4. If you have friends who play sports after work or during weekends, then join them. Remember that any physical activity will surely help you maintain your desired weight as well as keep you healthy. It is fun to exercise or do some physical activity with friends because not only will you get to bond with them, you are also encouraging each other.
5. If you find walking too slow or boring, then you can always go biking. You can go biking alone or with friends. You can go anywhere with your bike. Biking is also another form of exercise. It is fun, you also get to see places and you are not stuck within the four walls of your room or the gym.
6. Do you have a yard at home? Then, why don't you start a new hobby like gardening. This will surely work well with people who love flowers. Gardening will surely include some digging, weeding and mowing as well as bending over to pick up pots. Those activities might sound simple but they burn calories too.
7. When you are on the phone, you might want to try walking around in big circles or around the house while talking rather than sitting or lying down.
