• Excessive liquor drinking. Such problems could lead to mental disturbances for those heavy drinkers. There are organs that can be affected by liquor drinking such as the heart, liver, stomach and even your reproductive systems.

• Smoking. It is an unhealthy habit that not only affects you but could also affect the people around you. Smoking has caused a significant number of deaths through the years. Big time smokers are more likely to have injuries and medical conditions as compared to the healthy people. Smoking destroys your lungs, weakens your immune system and bone density which could cause you to suffer several health issues.

• Lack of sleep and other stressful activities. Sleep deprivation could cause several problems such as poor performance at work, relationship problems, impaired memory, depression and a weak immune system. Lack of sleep could also increase the risk of having diabetes, heart disease and obesity.

• Nail biting and thumb sucking. Putting your hands and fingers on your mouth is something that you should stop. Germs could transfer to your body by doing such habits. It could also transfer various viruses and diseases. So stop doing such habits; chew on a bubble gum instead.

• Improper food intake. Some would eat too much and some wouldn't like to eat at all. To accomplish a healthy body, a proper and balanced diet should be taken. Proper diet could lessen the risk of having strokes, cardiovascular diseases, coronary artery disease, cancers such as mouth and colon-rectum, kidney stones and others. That is how important diet and food intake is in our life. You should be able to identify those healthy and unhealthy foods before you eat them.
