Which means that we should be careful when having sexual intercourse with someone that we don't know that much. If you can't stop your sexual urges perhaps it would be much better and would be advantageous for you to bring a condom at all times.

• Seventy five percent of the total population of people with STDs are around twenty years old or below. Also, around 40% to 60% of sexually active teens have STDs. Younger individuals tend to have more sexual urges which could lead to several sexual encounters than the older and mature people. Another factor to this is that younger people tend to experiment more when it comes to sex. They have variations and styles of sex which could be unsafe and dangerous at times.

• STDs are very dangerous for pregnant women; it could even transmit the STD to the child on or before the child's birth. There are diseases and cancers that can be caused by STDs such as cervical cancer, pelvic inflammatory disease and it could even cause infertility.

• Herpes or Crabs can be transmitted without having sexual intercourse; it can also be transmitted through kissing and during foreplay. So be careful when kissing a mystery person in a bar for that person might have Herpes.
